Which games are included in my season-ticket?

An FGRFC season ticket allows entry to all of Forest Green Rovers F.C.’s home Blue Square Premier matches, and our four home pre-season games. Cup matches are not included.

Does the ticket include reserve games?

No, reserve games are not included in the season-ticket.

I’ve purchased a season-ticket for the Western Thermal stand. Do I get to sit in the same seat every week?

Season-ticket holders in the Western Thermal stand are not allocated a specific seat for matches, meaning that you have the flexibility to sit on any available seat in the stand. We do offer fans the option to place their name of a specific seat, for an additional charge of £75(inc VAT) per season. If you would like to purchase a named seat with your season-ticket, please contact the club.

I am a disabled season-ticket holder. Do I have to bring the same carer every game?

No – a disabled season-ticket allows you to bring one carer to each match, for no additional fee. As the name of the carer is not specified on your ticket, you do not have to bring the same person each week.

I have never bought a season-ticket before - do I have to go on a waiting list?

No, at present we do not have a waiting list for season tickets so all applications will be successful.

I can’t attend every game – can I pass my ticket on to a friend to take my place?

Regrettably, no. Since all season-tickets require a photograph of the holder to be displayed, they cannot be passed on to friends or family. The only exception to this rule is holders of Business Club season-tickets.

My season-ticket is for the Western Thermal stand. Will it allow me entry to the terraces as well?

No, main stand season-tickets are non-transferable to other sections of the ground.

I have purchased a season-ticket for the terraces – can I upgrade to a main stand seat?

Yes. All terrace season-ticket holders can upgrade to the main stand

I’ve lost my season-ticket. How do I obtain a replacement?

Contact the Administration office on 01453 834860 and a replacement can be organised for you.

Will you be running a half-season ticket offer at Christmas?

Yes, we will be running a half-season ticket offer around Christmas 2009. The exact date of the offer will depend on fixture lists

Kids Go Free games require a full paying adult to accompany each child. Does an adult season-ticket count?

Yes, all season-ticket holders will be able bring up to two children for free at each designated Kids Go Free fixture.

I am a season-ticket holder and would like to purchase matchday hospitality in the Carol Embrey Suite for a game – do I still have to pay the full price?

No. Since our ‘price-per-head’ for pre match hospitality in the Carol Embrey Suite includes the cost of a ticket, we can apportion down the cost for season-ticket holders. Please contact the club for further information.
