Bangura set to rock at Brighton
STAR summer signing Al Bangura will make his comeback at Brighton for Forest Green Reserves tonight (Wednesday, 7pm).
The former Watford and Sierra Leone international sustained a knee ligament injury in training and is yet to feature in the first team.
Forest Green boss David Hockaday welcomed the return of the former Premiership midfielder.
"Al has worked hard to recover from the injury he sustained in training with us," said Hockaday.
"He is a class act and will improve what we’ve all ready got."
If the former Watford and Sierra Leone international star comes through the game unscathed he could feature in Rovers’ Blue Square Premier home clash against Southport on Saturday.
Hockaday will also include former Swindon Town and Cheltenham Town midfielder Michael Pook, 25, who was released by the Robins in July - and ex-Swindon Town central defender Charlie Comyn-Platt,25, who has recently been on trial with Australian A-League club Perth Glory.
New signing Matt Taylor will play alongside Robbie Matthews and James Norwood in a front three. Matt Bulman, Callum Henry, Jeffrey Imudia and Yan Klukowski will all be given game time.
