Reece Styche
Striker
Reece Styche is one of the hottest prospects outside of the Football League and the England C international striker is a very popular figure amongst the Forest Green Rovers supporters.
He spent much of last season on the side lines through a knee injury picked up just two months in to the campaign but still managed to find the back of the net 8 times in 16 appearances.
The previous 2010-11 campaign saw him finish as Rovers' top scorer with 16 strikes and earned him a call up in to the England C squad where he made his debut in the International Challenge Trophy final against Portugal in May 2011 at Northampton Town’s Sixfields Stadium.
Reece joined Forest Green in January 2010 from Chasetown for an undisclosed fee when Rovers scouting system picked up the tenacious striker after he had hammered in 13 goals in 15 appearances for the Staffordshire club.
He made his Rovers debut within 24 hours of signing at The New Lawn and became an instant hit as his two second half strikes secured Forest Green a dramatic 3-2 away win over Hayes & Yeading United.
In August 2011, Luton Town made several offers to try and take Reece to Kenilworth Road however Rovers tied the much wanted forward down to a new three year contract and he became a father for the first time in March 2012.
Reece has also previously had goal scoring spells with the likes of Hednesford Town and Shepshed Dynamo.
