For the 2008/9 season, we have a select number of club sponsorship packages available for the right company/ies.

 

Our Naming-Rights packages, for instance, could be the way to place your company name onto everyone’s lips. Our £3million stadium, still gleaming after its 2006 opening, is fast becoming recognised as one of the best small stadiums in the country, yet is not officially named. Likewise our West Terrace, typically housing home fans as well as the Home and Away dugouts, does not yet have a title sponsor. Such vacancies translate into the opportunity for your business to quite literally see its name in lights… and the chance to profit from tangible returns.

 

Similarly, we have a number of shirt sponsorship opportunities available for the coming season. The classic sports-sponsorship opportunity, shirt sponsorships offer the chance to display your company emblem to the world in the primest of locations, making your logo instantly recognisable to football fans around the country. With our local and national profile continuing to grow (aided by national television coverage on Setanta Sports) our shirt sponsorship packages offer increasingly good value, and cover home and away matches for both First and Reserve Team fixtures.

 

Alternatively, potential sponsors of Forest Green Rovers have the opportunity to invest in the future, with sponsorship of our Youth Development and Mini Soccer scheme. After rapid expansion in the past three years, our youth set-up now boasts teams at all junior levels from under 8’s to under 18’s, with the club recognised as an FA Charter Standard Club. With the support of the Football Foundation, we are shortly looking to establish a ‘Football in the Community’ department which will allow us to work more closely with local schools, disability groups, and social exclusion groups.

 

Such rapid expansion translates into the opportunity for your company to be recognised as the marquee sponsor for our Youth Development scheme. As our overall Youth Development sponsor, you’ll see your branding appear on all youth-team marketing materials, and benefit from the PR in local press. Our Youth Department arm is large though, and thus many other sponsorship opportunities also exist at Youth Level.
