G.R.A.S.S. 

‘Give Regularly, Assist Squad Sponsorship’ is a scheme operated by two supporters, Mike Trueman and Peter Jubb, aimed at encouraging fans of Forest Green Rovers to make donations to the Club and assist with the playing budget and improving our squad.

The funds have proved beneficial in the past and have assisted FGR in recruiting new players to the Club. In season 2007/8 any funds raised will directed to supporting the Reserve Team squad and its future development.

How can you help?

All fans can make a donation at any time:

by depositing funds in an envelope at the Club Office marked:

‘GRASS’

• by using the donation box located in the Green Man Public House
• by giving any of your loose change at our occasional match day bucket collections.
• For those fans willing to assist on a more regular basis, you can donate directly to the GRASS bank account by means of standing order.
• An opportunity for fans to pledge support for every competitive goal scored by the Rovers in all competitions during the season.

Over the past few seasons, the Scheme has been very successful in raising much needed funds for the Football Club. In the past three seasons, the Scheme has raised almost £9000 through the generosity of its supporters and of course to the skill of the squad, in particular Messrs Fleetwood and Mangan.

Sponsor A Goal

Sponsor a Goal is a simple scheme administered by members of the Supporters Club for the sole benefit of boosting club funds and in turn, contributing to the football team’s playing budget. With your support, we can increase the number of pledges over the season and look to match, if not better, the achievements of previous years.

Please support the Football Club by pledging sponsorship for every goal scored in the Blue Square Premier, FA Cup, FA Trophy and all other Cup competitions during the Season.

Minimum sponsorship is 25 pence per goal.

FGR 100 Club

By becoming a member of the FGR 100 Club, you can help raise much needed funds for Forest Green Rovers and boost your own chances of scooping one of a number of monthly cash prizes.

For a minimum contribution of £1 per week, your name will be entered in a draw with all of our 100 Clubbers for one of our monthly cash prizes. The prize amounts will depend upon the number of participants but increases with the more supporters in the Club. Typically, 50% of all contributions received will be given back in prize money.

And more, if you have been a member for a full year, you will have the opportunity of winning the Bumper Christmas Payout of £1000.

If you are a Business Owner, why not encourage your staff to participate. Everyone has an equal chance of winning.

Remember, every £1 paid is a chance to win and you can enter as many times as you like, by simply increasing the amount you pay into the Club.

Simply complete the application form and return it to the Club Office. If you opt to pay by standing order, you will also need to complete the required mandate.
